Q1. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ depends your requirement for color, size, material and so
on. For some normal items, we have stock, will have no MOQ
requirement.
Q2. What information should I let you know if I want to get a
quotation?
Size of the products； Material；Package；Quantities；Craft . Please
send us some pictures and designs for checking, so we can do best
as your request. Otherwise, we will recommend relevant products
with details for your reference.
Q3. What is your price terms and sample fee?
FOB(free on board), CIF(cost insurance and freight), EX-work
Our sample is free for a reference. If we print with your design.
We will quote the price follow your requirement.
Q4.What is your payment terms?
We accept L/C and T/T and Western Union and Hongkong account and
MoneyGram according to your convenience. We need you to pay full
payment before shipping.
Q5. How do we control the product quality?
We have a well trained professional QC team, each production
process will be strictly inspected and controlled before we send
the goods out.
Q6. Shipping Method and Shipping Time ?
1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, Fedex, UPS, EMS etc, shipping
time is about 3-7 working days depends on country and area.
2. By air port to port: about 3-5days depends on port.
3. By sea port to port: about 30-45days
4. Agent appointed by clients.
Remark:
(1) Qty :+-10% acceptable. Total cost will be charged according to
final quantity.
(2) Size:+-3mm, Weight: +-5g is allowed because of unstable machine and
raw material.
(3) Price Valid: 1 month
(4) As the item is customized and we can't sell to others, after
order confirmed and deposit paid, the order cannot be cancelled and
the deposit cannot be returned. If the quantity and design need to
change after order confirmed, please contact us to remake cost
calculation.
(5) If the goods in transportation are delayed or seized due to
uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, holidays or
third party factors, we will make our best to do support, but we
will not be responsible due to third-party factors.
